Custom Calf Collar Buckle

This project involved recreating a calf collar buckle for an automatic milk feeding machine, using reverse engineering, CAD design and 3D printing technology.

Starting from an existing component, measurements and design features were analysed before being recreated as an accurate digital model. The buckle was then manufactured using high-quality 3D printing to produce a functional replacement part.

Projects like this demonstrate how obsolete, damaged or unavailable components can be recreated quickly and cost-effectively without the need for original design files.

TVR Alloy Wheel Reverse Engineering Project

This project involved the 3D scanning and digital recreation of a rare TVR alloy wheel that is no longer manufactured.

Using professional 3D scanning equipment, the wheel was captured in high detail to create an accurate digital representation of the original component. The scan data was then processed and converted into a precise CAD model before being supplied to the customer as a STEP file for professional manufacturing.

By creating a fully editable CAD model, the customer now has a permanent digital record of the wheel design that can be used for future production, modification or replacement purposes.
